Set up a card

No counter needed

Connect your online shop or till: the stamp comes by itself.

Your shop reports every paid order and your customer's card gets the stamp, with no scanning and no counter. Set up in ten minutes for Shopify and WooCommerce. Till systems use the same interface.

Every paid order becomes a stamp.

You add one address to Shopify or WooCommerce, the webhook. From then on your shop reports every order to PocketStamp. If it is paid, PocketStamp looks up the card for the customer's email address, creates it if needed and adds the stamp. On a points card, the points for the amount.

  • Set up in ten minutes, no programming: copy the address, enter the secret, done.
  • Every order counts exactly once, even if the shop reports it more than once.
  • New customers get one email with their card, in your name and with your address as the reply address.

The parcel insert: two A6 cards with logo, colours and QR code

The parcel brings the card into the wallet.

An online shop has no counter, but it has a parcel that gets opened. The insert is ready as a PDF in your admin area, with your logo, your colours and a QR code. Whoever scans it gets their card, or the link to the card the shop has already created.

  • Insert in A6 format, two per sheet, ready to print.
  • The same link belongs in your order confirmation and in your shop's footer.
  • Two cards with the same email address are merged by the customer with one click.

Till systems talk to the API.

Businesses with a counter need no integration: a phone is enough and the receipt can carry the stamp. If you still want to connect your till, say as a chain or a till vendor, use the API.

  1. 1

    Read the card

The till reads the card's code and fetches balance, goal and reward.

  2. 2

    Stamp or book points

One call per transaction, with the amount for points. The card in the wallet updates immediately.

  3. 3

    Redeem

When the card is full, the till reports the redemption and the card starts over.

Who it pays off for.

  • Roasteries, wine merchants, natural cosmetics, farm shops: shops with regulars who order every few weeks.
  • Businesses with a store and a shop: one card works at the counter and in the cart, the stamps add up.
  • Till vendors and chains that want stamping inside the existing checkout flow.
  • Not for you: the mail-order retailer with a thousand orders a day and its own marketing department.
