Set up a card

Features

Everything that turns a card into a loyalty programme.

Any card can hand out stamps. This page is about what comes after: the message at the right moment, three ways of counting, tiers, referrals and the numbers you never had.

The real difference

The card speaks up at the right moment.

A cardboard card waits until someone thinks of it. This card appears on the lock screen by itself as soon as a guest is nearby, and speaks up whenever there is something to say. No newsletter, no advertising budget and nobody having to open an app.

You enter your location once. When a guest with your card comes nearby, it appears on their lock screen by itself, carrying your message. No effort, no advertising budget and no push permission.

  • Up to ten addresses per card, for several branches too
  • Targeted messages such as «2 for 1 today» or «one more stamp to your reward»
  • Always unsubscribable, as Swiss data protection law requires
Your shop Radius approx. 100 m

Atelier Vale2 Tage

Free cleaning for your bracelet.

  • At the halfway markAt stamp five of ten the guest sees how close the reward already is. That is precisely when a return visit is most likely.
  • After a longer breakIf a guest stays away for six weeks, they receive a message with your offer. Set up once, the reminder runs permanently.
  • On their birthdayProvided voluntarily, day and month only. The most reliable occasion for a visit.
  • For a serviceOn the warranty card: «Free cleaning after three months.» The customer comes for the service and often takes more with them.

All of it can be switched off, and none of it needs a push permission or an email address. The message sits in the card, not in a mailing list.

One programme, three ways to count

Not every business rewards the same way.

The same card in the wallet, the same move at the till. What changes is who pays when, and in what steps you count. You choose when setting up and can change it later.

Stamp card

Collect until the reward. Eight coffees, the ninth free. Every guest knows it, and that is exactly why it works.

Prepaid card

Ten paid up front, drawn down one by one. You have the money today instead of in ten weeks, and the guest has ten reasons to come back.

Points card

Points per visit, reward from a set balance. For a bigger purchase you give several times. Points per franc deliberately do not exist: that would mean typing the amount at the till.

Referral programme

Customers refer customers.

Your guests share a link to their card. Whoever gets a card through it starts with a head start, and your guest gets their bonus. It only pays out once the new guest has been to your place and been stamped for the first time: creating cards costs nothing, walking into your shop does. That rules out abuse without needing a device fingerprint or an address.

  1. 1
Share The guest taps «invite friends» and sends the link on, or shows the QR code at the table.
  2. 2
Collect The new guest gets their card and sees straight away that the first stamps are already on it.
  3. 3
Only then does it pay At the first stamp at your counter the referrer gets their bonus, with a notice on the lock screen.

In addition, not instead

Bronze, silver, gold.

The tier rises with the number of visits and sits on the front of the card. Nothing changes at the till: the same scan, and the guest gets the notice by themselves. Can be added to any of the three mechanics.

  • 1Bronzefrom the first visit
  • 2Silberfrom ten visits, 5 % on everything
  • 3Goldfrom 25 visits, every tenth free

Not a mockup

This is what your guests' card looks like.

Your colours, your icon in the stamps, your photo behind them. The three strips below are not drawn, they are built by the same code that builds your business's card. What you see here is what your guest gets in the wallet.

A photo of your counter is enough. The scrim in your card colour goes on top automatically so the stamps stay readable, and you decide how strong it is.

Your numbers

For the first time you can see who comes back.

A paper card tells you nothing. Here you see how many cards are out there, who came twice this month and where most stamps are given. No tables, no manual reporting.

The overview in the admin area: cards, visits, returning guests, redeemed rewards, the trend over 30 days and the split across three locations
Returns, not gut feeling How many of your guests came twice, and how many have been missing for six weeks.
Thirty days at a glance Whether it is going up shows faster in one line than in any table.
Per location and per person Which branch is busy, and who on the team hands out how many cards.
Nothing to maintain The numbers appear as you stamp. Nothing to enter, nothing to export.

More than stamps

What turns a card into a loyalty programme.

Handing out stamps is the easy part. The features below are the reason a guest actually comes back.

  • Automatic win-back If a guest stays away for six weeks, the card speaks up by itself with your offer. Set up once, it runs permanently.
  • Double stamps in off-peak hours If Tuesdays between 2 and 4 pm are quiet, you give two stamps per visit in that window. Your off-peak hours fill up without you granting a discount.
  • Birthday greeting Anyone who voluntarily provides day and month, never the year, receives a small treat on that day. No name, no age, deletable at any time.
  • Ask for a review at the right moment After the third visit, not already after the first, the card asks for a Google review. At that point people are far more willing to agree.
  • Your staff in numbers You can see who hands out how many cards. A small contest between shifts works better than any instruction.

Add-on

Digital warranty cards.

For everyone who makes something. The customer scans once and the warranty sits in their wallet, with serial number, purchase date and expiry. No receipt in a drawer and no paper that fades.

  • Serial number, purchase date and expiry are on the card
  • The card reminds you before the warranty runs out
  • You look up any serial number in seconds
  • Care instructions and repair contact on the back
  • Works alongside your loyalty card, on the same account

Suitable for goldsmiths, watchmakers, carpenters, bike workshops, tailoring studios and electronics repair.
