What the maths assumes: a card holder comes back one extra time per month. That is deliberately cautious. A card holder visits you four times a month on average, the business is open 26 days, and a redeemed reward costs you 35 per cent of the bill as cost of goods, not the full amount. The result is an order of magnitude, not a promise.
The small print, written large
What happens if …
- … I need more than fifteen cards?
- Existing cards carry on, you simply cannot hand out new ones. We switch nothing off and take nothing back. The admin area shows how many cards are open, and switching plans takes two clicks.
- … I switch mid-month?
- You pay pro rata for the days that are left. When moving down, the higher plan stays until the end of the month and then expires — we keep nothing back.
- … I stop?
- At the end of the month, with one click, without notice period and without a phone call. Your guests' cards stay valid; your account falls back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it yourself.
- … I want to pay yearly?
- Then it costs two months less. You can switch at any time, even mid-year — what you have already paid is credited.
- … I need an invoice instead of a card?
- You download invoices yourself at any time — in the «Subscription» tab a button leads to the Stripe customer portal. If you need a paper invoice or payment terms instead, write to us; we do that by hand.
- … I have more than ten locations?
- Then the Branches plan no longer fits, and we should talk rather than calculate. Get in touch and we will find something that suits your size.
All prices in Swiss francs, excluding VAT. Payment runs through Stripe; we never see your card details.
